NFP People is seeking a technically minded Load Bank Sales Engineer in Leicester to support growth of the Load Bank division, interfacing with customers, sales and technical teams. You will manage enquiries, understand requirements, develop costed solutions, prepare quotations and tenders, and help convert opportunities into orders.

Qualifications
- HNC in Electrical Engineering or equivalent apprenticeship.
- Experience in load bank sales or related technical sales desirable.
- Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.
Responsibilities
- Manage customer enquiries by phone, email and in person.
- Understand technical requirements and develop costed solutions.
- Prepare accurate quotations and tenders and drive orders.
- Provide pre-sales technical guidance and product advice.
- Build strong relationships with customers and pursue new opportunities.
- Coordinate with design/manufacturing teams and maintain ERP data.
