Job summary

Premier Technical Recruitment is helping a Leicester-based engineering client recruit a Load Bank Sales Engineer. You will be the front-line contact for customers, developing relationships and handling technical enquiries while processing orders and producing costed solutions.

Role requires at least 2 years in a similar sales role related to load banks or high-power equipment, and an electrical engineering qualification (HNC or above). A bonus and benefits package are included.

Qualifications

At least 2 years in a similar sales role in load banks or related products.
Qualified to at least HNC in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
Strong ability to read and interpret technical data and translate to customers.
Customer-facing with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

Process customer enquiries and interpret requirements to offer costed designs and solutions.
Produce quotations/tenders promptly and follow up to secure orders.
Maintain expert knowledge of products and applications for pre-sales support.
Ensure orders are processed swiftly and that manufacturing information is shared with stakeholders.
Keep records of enquiries, quotations, orders and customer activity on ERP.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the UK and overseas.
