Job summary

Cohere is hiring for a Software Engineer with Applied AI experience to design, build, and deploy agentic workflows powered by LLMs. You will work with enterprise customers, translating complex problems into robust AI solutions that integrate with tools, APIs, and data sources.

You will own end-to-end use cases, collaborate across the North product, and contribute to scalable frameworks. The role requires hands-on coding, client interaction, and willingness to travel for on-site engagements with

Qualifications

• Hands-on production‑grade software development in Python.
• Experience building and deploying agentic workflows with LLMs.
• Familiarity with frontier models, vector databases, and orchestration frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Translate business problems into agentic workflows with clear success criteria.
• Design, build and deploy LLM-powered agents across tools, APIs and data sources.
• Develop features for North across the product lifecycle from concept to production.
• Own end-to-end use case scoping, including frontend work when needed.
• Contribute to shared frameworks for consistent delivery across customers.
• Travel up to 20–40% to work on-site with customers and partners.
