Job summary

LexisNexis Risk Solutions is seeking a Software Engineer / AI Engineer to build and ship AI-powered features within cross‑functional squads. You will contribute to the technical direction, implement retrieval pipelines and agent workflows, and ensure production-grade quality and observability.

You’ll collaborate with stakeholders to fit real workflows and support handover after squad rotations. The role requires 3+ years of software engineering experience, strong AI/LLM skills, cloud and API

Qualifications

• 3+ years of software engineering experience with hands-on production AI projects.
• Experience building LLM-powered features and agentic workflows.
• Knowledge of prompt engineering, memory management, and evaluation/observability.

Responsibilities

• Build prototypes and ship AI-powered features for production use.
• Develop tool use, retrieval pipelines, and agent workflows.
• Contribute to evaluation, observability, and guardrails for AI systems.
• Integrate AI capabilities into enterprise systems via APIs and data pipelines.
• Maintain high code quality and thorough documentation.
