As a Liz Earle Counter Manager (Retail Manager), you’ll be working at the forefront of our British brand, leading a team of service superstars delivering personalised customer service and driving retail sales. As a Liz Earle Counter Manager, you will drive commercial performance through robust business planning, operational excellence, inspirational leadership, and best-in-class service. You will champion and develop a high-performing team, taking responsibility for performance and behaviors whilst engaging the field support network as required. You’ll be proactive and activity-driven - a true brand ambassador, always seeking opportunities to spread the Liz Earle magic!

During your 12-week on-counter onboarding, you’ll be provided with the tools and knowledge in all things Liz Earle, enabling you to confidently deliver our Service Model, share your product knowledge, and ensure a truly engaging experience for each customer.
