Job summary

Morgan Hunt is recruiting a Living Well Co-ordinator in Manchester on a temporary contract. The role focuses on helping residents maintain independence and sustain their tenancies, through early intervention, signposting and collaborative support across the locality.

You will build relationships with residents, families and partner agencies, manage a varied caseload, and travel across South Manchester to deliver practical support and positive outcomes.

• Experience in housing, support, or tenancy sustainment.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with diverse backgrounds.
• Person-centred and strengths-based approach.
• Ability to manage a varied caseload and prioritise.
• Understanding safeguarding and risk management.
• Ability to collaborate with colleagues and external agencies.
• Strong organisational skills and accurate record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Support residents to maintain independence and tenancy.
