Job summary

Morgan Hunt UK Ltd is seeking an experienced Living Well Coordinator to join an established housing team in South Manchester. You will support residents to maintain independence, sustain their tenancies and make positive, lasting changes to their lives.

In this frontline role you will build trusted relationships with residents, families and partner agencies, provide early intervention, practical support and appropriate signposting to help residents overcome challenges before they escalate.

Qualifications

• Experience in frontline housing, support, community services or tenancy sustainment.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Person-centred and strengths-based approach.
• Independent working with a varied caseload and prioritising demands.
• Understanding safeguarding and risk management.
• Ability to collaborate with colleagues, families and external agencies.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Flexible and proactive approach to local community needs.

Responsibilities

• Support residents to maintain independence and tenancies.
• Provide early intervention, practical support and signposting.
• Build trusted relationships with residents, families and external agencies.
• Work across the South Manchester locality and travel as needed.
• Identify underlying issues and coordinate interventions to address causes of homelessness.
• Contribute to reducing tenancy terminations and improving outcomes.
