Qualifications

• Experience in supported housing or social care.
• Experience with vulnerable individuals, including homelessness and mental health challenges.
• Ability to provide practical and emotional support to clients.
• Experience helping tenants access healthcare, employment, or education.
• Calm and professional handling of emergencies or challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support to customers, ensuring housing and wellbeing needs are met.
• Assist customers in accessing healthcare, employment, or education services.
• Offer emotional support to vulnerable customers facing challenges.
• Conduct health and safety/building checks to maintain housing standards.
• Report and follow up on maintenance issues or repairs.
• Respond to emergencies or incidents, ensuring safety of customers.
• Work with external agencies to provide immediate support during incidents.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and support provided.
