Job summary

Keys is seeking a dedicated Children’s Residential Support Worker in Liverpool to provide a safe, caring home environment and act as a positive role model for young people with complex needs. You will join a supportive EPIC team, delivering high-quality care and helping youths lead happier, more fulfilling lives.

You will participate in activities, support daily living tasks, and work to help each young person reach their full potential.

Qualifications

• Ability to relate well to young people and participate in activities.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Over 21 years old.
• Caring, flexible and resilient with an interest in the lives of young people.
• Excellent communication, positivity and energy.
• Willingness to work shifts and sleep-ins.

Responsibilities

• Provide a safe, caring, and loving home environment for children and young people.
• Act as a positive role model to meet daily living needs.
• Participate in activities and outings (football, PlayStation, cycling, baking).
• Encourage and share hobbies and interests.
• Perform household tasks (cooking and cleaning).
• Offer emotional and physical support to help children reach their potential.
