Job summary

Suffolk User Forum is seeking a Coproduction and Engagement Lead to drive co-produced involvement across our organisation and the wider mental health system. You will manage lived experience roles and lead steering groups, ensuring inclusive participation and strong governance.

You will also write clear reports for the CEO and Board and collaborate with partners across the Integrated Care Board and Suffolk County Council to deliver strategic priorities.

Qualifications

• Relevant qualification or equivalent experience in coproduction, mental health, lived experience leadership or community development.
• GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent).
• Commitment to ongoing professional development.

Responsibilities

• Providevalues-led leadership to embed coproduction across SUF and mental health system.
• Lead Coproduction Steering Group and working groups with clear agendas and inclusive papers.
• Represent SUF with Integrated Care Board, Suffolk County Council and NHS partners.
• Lead coproduction projects end-to-end and support funding bid development.
