Job summary

TikTok Shop is seeking an energetic Live Shopping Presenter & Content Creator to join our growing UK e-commerce team. You will perform live product demonstrations, create short-form videos and help drive online sales across social platforms.

As your channel grows, you’ll experiment with formats, edits in CapCut/Canva, and collaborate with the team to plan campaigns, test ideas and highlight best-sellers.

Responsibilities

• Host engaging livestreams on TikTok Shop, Instagram, Facebook and other live-selling platforms.
• Demonstrate products, explain key features and help customers understand why they should buy.
• Answer customer questions live, encourage audience participation and build trust with viewers.
• Promote new arrivals, special offers, bundles and seasonal campaigns.
• Develop effective selling techniques to convert viewers into customers.
• Represent our brands confidently and professionally on camera.
• Create original, engaging short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook Reels and YouTube Shorts.
• Film product demonstrations, unboxings, tutorials, promotional videos and trending content.
• Develop creative ideas, hooks and storytelling techniques to increase engagement and sales.
• Stay up to date with social media trends, viral formats and emerging shopping features.
• Edit videos using tools such as CapCut, Canva or similar applications.
• Help develop a consistent and recognisable personality for our brands.
• Promote products across our websites and supported online marketplaces.
• Plan and run regular live-selling sessions and promotional campaigns.
• Work with our team to identify bestselling products and opportunities for growth.
• Monitor views, engagement, conversions and sales performance.
• Test different approaches to improve content reach and live-shopping results.
• Support launches and marketing campaigns across both brands.

We are expanding our social commerce presence and looking for someone who can become a recognisable on-camera personality for our brands, bring our products to life, connect with online audiences and turn engaging content into real sales.

This is an exciting opportunity to help build our live-shopping channels from the ground up.

What You'll Be Doing

Live Shopping & Product Presentations

• Host engaging, entertaining and interactive livestreams on TikTok Shop, Instagram, Facebook and other relevant live-selling platforms.
• Demonstrate products, explain key features and help customers understand why they should buy.
• Answer customer questions live, encourage audience participation and build trust with viewers.
• Promote new arrivals, special offers, bundles and seasonal campaigns.
• Develop effective selling techniques to convert viewers into customers.
• Represent our brands confidently and professionally on camera.

Social Media Content Creation

• Create original, engaging short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook Reels and YouTube Shorts.

• Confident on camera and comfortable presenting products to a live audience.
• Outgoing, engaging and enthusiastic, with a natural ability to connect with people.
• A strong communicator who can explain products clearly and persuasively.
• Creative, organised and full of fresh content ideas.
• Familiar with TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and current social media trends.
• Comfortable learning new products and demonstrating them convincingly.
• Sales-driven, proactive and motivated by achieving results.
• Able to work independently while contributing to a supportive team.
• Previous experience in livestreaming, social media content creation, retail sales, presenting or TikTok Shop is highly desirable.
