Job summary

Electronic Arts, a leader in interactive entertainment, invites a Live Service Game Designer for EA SPORTS F1. You will help redefine motorsport experiences by delivering season-based content, rewards, and limited-time drops, reporting to the Creative Director.

Work with Product, Economy, Engineering, UI/UX, Art, and Production to implement content, monitor performance, and iterate rapidly to keep players engaged across platforms.

Qualifications

• 2+ years designing live service content/systems.
• Experience shipping and operating seasonal content in a live service game.
• Experience using data and KPIs to evaluate content impact.
• Collaborates with multiple disciplines to align content plans and deliver measurable player outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own the delivery of season and promo content roadmaps, including 8-week seasons, 4-week delivery periods, and limited-time drops.
• Partner with Product, Economy, Engineering, UI/UX, Art, and Production to implement content using live service tools and ensure timely releases.
• Build and maintain our reward catalogue, tuning content for fairness, desirability, and pacing to improve player engagement and retention.
• Monitor content performance through dashboards and player feedback, identifying issues and guiding rapid iteration.
