Qualifications

• 2+ years designing live service content/systems.
• Experience shipping and operating seasonal content in a live service title.
• Experience working with data and KPIs to evaluate content impact and adjust responsibly.
• Experience collaborating with multiple disciplines to align content plans and deliver measurable player outcomes.

Responsibilities

• You will own the delivery of season and promo content roadmaps, including 8-week seasons, 4-week delivery periods, and limited-time drops.
• You will partner with Product, Economy, Engineering, UI/UX, Art, and Production to implement content using live service tools and ensure timely releases.
• You will build and maintain our reward catalogue, tuning content for fairness, desirability, and pacing to improve player engagement and retention.
• You will monitor content performance through dashboards and player feedback, identifying issues and guiding rapid iteration.
