Electronic Arts is seeking a Live Service Game Designer for EA SPORTS F1 in Birmingham. You will help redefine motorsport fandom by creating immersive, inclusive experiences for millions of players and report to the Creative Director.

Qualifications

• 2+ years designing live service content/systems.
• Experience shipping seasonal content in a live service title.
• Experience working with data and KPIs to evaluate impact.
• Experience collaborating with multiple disciplines to align content plans.

Responsibilities

• Own the delivery of season and promo content roadmaps (8‑week seasons, 4‑week delivery periods, drops).
• Partner with Product, Economy, Engineering, UI/UX, Art and Production to implement content and ensure timely releases.
• Build and maintain the reward catalogue, tuning for fairness, desirability, and pacing.
• Monitor content performance via dashboards and feedback to guide rapid iteration.
