Electronic Arts in Birmingham, United Kingdom, seeks an experienced Live Service Game Designer for EA SPORTS F1. You will help redefine motorsport fandom by delivering immersive seasonal content and overseeing live service systems.

Reporting to the Creative Director, you will collaborate with Product, Engineering, UI/UX, Art, and Production to ship eight-week season content, manage a dynamic reward catalogue, and drive player engagement through data-informed decisions.

Qualifications

2+ years designing live service content/systems.
Experience shipping and operating seasonal content in a live service title.
Experience working with data and KPIs to evaluate content impact and adjust responsibly.
Experience collaborating with multiple disciplines to align content plans and deliver measurable player outcomes.

Responsibilities

Own the delivery of season and promo content roadmaps, including 8-week seasons, 4-week delivery periods, and limited-time drops.
Partner with Product, Economy, Engineering, UI/UX, Art, and Production to implement content using live service tools and ensure timely releases.
Build and maintain our reward catalogue, tuning content for fairness, desirability, and pacing to improve player engagement and retention.
Monitor content performance through dashboards and player feedback, identifying issues and guiding rapid iteration.
