Job summary

The Residential Care Associate lives on campus to oversee daily routines, provide pastoral support, and foster a safe, inclusive living environment for scholars. This full-time, live-in role sits on a Singapore campus and includes on-site accommodation.

You will collaborate with security, facilities and staff to coordinate activities, mentor youth, handle events, and support campus operations while upholding safety policies and crisis response protocols.

Qualifications

• Diploma, NITEC/Higher NITEC or equivalent in social services or related fields.
• Experience in residential care or youth mentorship is advantageous and welcome.
• Willingness to commit to a live-in campus arrangement.

Responsibilities

• Live-in duty to ensure scholars' safety, well-being, and daily routines.
• Collaborate with campus security, facilities and housekeeping to maintain a secure living environment.
• Provide pastoral support and mentor scholars; identify distress and escalate appropriately.
• Plan, organize and deliver residential activities and personal growth workshops.
• Support campus operations, procurement, inventory and facilities requests.
• Respond to emergencies and enforce policies and codes of conduct.
