SuperCare Residential is seeking a dedicated support worker to work alongside young people, promoting independence and education while coordinating leisure activities and holidays. You will participate in shift-based care, liaising with families, social workers, and carers to ensure consistent support.

The role requires safeguarding awareness, a Level 3 CYPW or higher, and an enhanced DBS check. You may work across SuperCare properties and contribute to a supportive home environment for youths.

Qualifications

• Experience of working with children/young people is essential.
• Ability to promote independence and education for young people.

Responsabilités

• Direct work with young people to promote independence and education.
• Coordinate leisure activities and holidays.
• Monitor and review Care Plans for transitions to adulthood.
• Maintain administrative records for key working duties.
