Job summary

Fexco Property Services is seeking an Estate Manager for a 12-month fixed-term role in the UK. The successful candidate will oversee resident welfare, maintenance coordination, safety compliance and general site governance within a residential development.

The role requires on-site management, regular resident contact, coordinating contractors, and taking minutes at monthly board meetings, with standard hours and on-call expectations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular contact with residents and check on their well-being.
• Promote a friendly atmosphere; organise events and coffee mornings.
• Liaise with relatives, doctors and welfare services; arrange external support as needed.
• Renew ARC TV license annually for eligible residents.
• Respond to lessee requests for minor works; liaise with contractors.
