Job summary

Fexco Property Services in the United Kingdom is seeking an Estate Manager on a 12-month fixed term contract to oversee resident welfare, site operations, and contractor coordination across our developments. You will work under the Senior Property Manager and ensure a secure, well-managed estate.

The role emphasizes strong resident engagement, compliance with safety standards, and effective administration of minor works and board communications.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular contact with residents to check well-being and arrange daily outreach as needed.
• Promote a friendly community and organise resident social events.
• Refer residents to relatives, doctors or welfare services and liaise with external support.
• Renew annual ARC TV License for eligible residents.
• Respond to lessee requests for minor works and liaise with contractors.
• Administer minor works, including records, invoices and diary keeping.
• Take minutes of monthly board meetings and support the Property Manager.
• Ensure security on site and report health and safety issues.
• Check bins on site weekly and report non-emptying to the local council.
• Be on call 9am–4pm Monday to Friday and handle other estate tasks.
