Rendall & Rittner is seeking an on-site Estate Manager for a new regeneration community in Leyton, East London, comprising around 420 homes across six blocks. The role is the on-site figurehead, ensuring safety, compliance and high resident service every day, with a strong emphasis on contractor coordination and proactive planning.

You will balance hands-on site presence with reporting, budget oversight and continuous improvement, delivering maintenance to time and budget while maintaining

• Plan preventative maintenance and budgeted works to protect asset quality.
