Active Care Group seeks a Home Live-In Support Worker in Wales to deliver one-to-one care in a client’s home, building trust, independence and confidence every day.

The role offers a 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off pattern with regular weekly shifts on a zero-hours contract, plus Nest pension and holiday pay. Ongoing client work and career development support are provided.

When you'll be working:

• Regular, rolling rota for consistency
• 2 week live in assignments

• Zero-hours contract (to reflect changing care needs), with stable hours in practice

In this role, you’ll support one individual with complex needs as part of a consistent care team, with regular weekly shifts and rotas planned in advance. While the role is offered on a flexible zero-hours contract, the work is ongoing and typically provides a stable working pattern with the same client.

What you'll be doing:

• Supporting with personal care (washing, dressing, toileting)

• Helping with daily household tasks
• Encouraging social activities and community engagement

What to look forward to:

• £127.50 per day on a zero hour contract
• You’ll also receive an additional 14.07% holiday payon every hour worked
• Potential for regular consistent work with set rolling rotas – minimum of 2 weeks on
