Job summary

Active Care Group in Wales is seeking a Home Live-In Support Worker to provide personalised, one-to-one care in a client's home. You will work on a 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off pattern, building trust, independence, and confidence every day.

This role is a flexible zero-hours contract with ongoing, stable hours and a daily rate of £127.50, plus 14.07% holiday pay. Regular rolling rotas and supportive leadership help you develop your career with us.

Qualifications

• Personal care experience (bathing, dressing, toileting) is beneficial.
• Moving and handling experience preferred.
• Ability to support client independence and engage in social activities.

When you'll be working:

In this role, you'll support one individual with complex needs as part of a consistent care team, with regular weekly shifts and rotas planned in advance. While the role is offered on a flexible zero-hours contract, the work is ongoing and typically provides a stable working pattern with the same client.

What you'll be doing:

In this rewarding role, you'll live in a client's home during your assignment, providing personalised, one-to-one support.

• Supporting with personal care (washing, dressing, toileting)
• Assisting with moving and handling
• Helping with daily household tasks
• Encouraging social activities and community engagement

You'll play a vital role in helping someone live as independently and fully as possible.

What to look forward to:

• £127.50 per day on a zero hour contract
• You'll also receive an additional 14.07% holiday payon every hour worked
