Job summary

Active Care Group is seeking a Live In Support Worker to provide one-to-one care in clients' homes, typically on 1–2 week rotations. You will assist with daily living, mobility, meals and medication, and support attendance at appointments and social activities.

The role offers paid training, pension options, and ongoing support from a leading care provider, with flexible schedules across packages.

Would you like to do live in care, where you work an assignment for 2 weeks and then have a break? Would you like a rewarding role in which you can support a client one to one in their own home? Come and Join Active Care in the Home We support clients with spinal cord injury to live independently in their own homes. We'd like you to join us as a Live In Support Worker

Work Pattern

• Flexible live-in assignments (typically 1–2 weeks on / off)
• Regular, ongoing placements available
• Zero-hours contract with consistent opportunities

What you'll be doing

• Personal care and daily living support
• Supporting mobility and safe transfers
• Assistance with meals, hydration, and medication
• Household tasks to maintain a safe environment
• Supporting clients to attend appointments and social activities
• Providing overnight support where required
