Job summary

Active Care Group in Cardiff is seeking a Live-in Support Worker to provide dedicated, one-to-one care in a client’s home under a 2 weeks on/2 weeks off pattern. You will deliver personalised care and support to help the client live more independently.

You’ll assist with personal care, mobility and daily tasks, encourage social activities, and work with a qualified clinical and leadership team for guidance and development. ANest Pension and other benefits are available.
