Active Care Group is seeking a Home Live-In Support Worker for Wales. You will live in a client's home during assignments, delivering personalised, one-to-one support to help them live independently and with confidence.

Role includes personal care, moving and handling, and assisting with daily tasks, with a focus on building trust and community engagement. Zero-hours contract with regular, consistent work and holiday pay.

Home Live-In Support Worker – Wales

When you'll be working:

• Regular, rolling rota for consistency
• 2 week live in assignments
• Ongoing, reliable work each month
• Zero-hours contract (to reflect changing care needs), with stable hours in practice

Continuity is key—you’ll become part of a trusted, consistent care team supporting one individual. In this role, you’ll support one individual with complex needs, working regular weekly shifts to build a consistent, trusted care team. While hours are usually stable, the position is offered on a zero-hours contract.

What you'll be doing:

In this rewarding role, you’ll live in a client’s home during your assignment, providing personalised, one-to-one support.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting with personal care (washing, dressing, toileting)
• Assisting with moving and handling
• Helping with daily household tasks
• Encouraging social activities and community engagement

You’ll play a vital role in helping someone live as independently and fully as possible.
