Active Care Group is recruiting a Live in Support Worker to provide dedicated one-to-one care in a client's Milton Keynes home. The role follows a 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off pattern on a zero-hours contract with stable hours in practice.

You will support with personal care, moving and handling, daily tasks and encourage social activities, working as part of a consistent care team under qualified clinical and business leadership.
