Responsibilities

• Support clients with everyday living tasks.
• Provide person-centred care within their own homes.
• Assist with personal care and grooming.
• Offer companionship and emotional reassurance.
• Help with mobility and daily activities.
• Prepare meals and drinks.
• Administer medication safely and correctly.
• Carry out light housekeeping and laundry duties.
• Support with shopping and other essential errands.
• Monitor clients wellbeing and report concerns.
• Keep care notes up to date and accurate.
• Help clients live comfortably, safely and independently at home.
