We are seeking kind, compassionate individuals who want to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients to join our team in Stourbridge as a Live In Care Professional. In this role, you will live in a client's home and provide a variety of non-medical services to help them maintain independence.
No prior experience or specific qualifications are necessary to become a Care Professional. However, experience in a care setting or working with older people—such as caring for a family member or voluntary work—would be beneficial. You should have a passion for supporting others, pride in delivering outstanding service, and qualities such as reliability, trustworthiness, and respect. You will enjoy building professional relationships and be comfortable spending time with others.
None specified; experience in care is a plus.
As a Live In Care Professional, you will receive three meals a day or an allowance from the client, a private room, and access to a TV and WiFi. We also provide comprehensive training and ongoing support.
