As a Live-in Carer, you will work in one household, typically with one or two clients during the specified shift pattern. You will become part of the family and daily life, providing companionship, personal care, and managing complex care needs and medication.

Your role is crucial in helping clients remain independent and enjoy fulfilling lives, while giving peace of mind to their families that their loved ones are safe and well.

Minimum requirements to work with Nurseplus as a Female Live-in Carer:

• The ability to build strong relationships and a personable nature
• At least six months' UK-based care experience
• A commitment to caring for vulnerable people
• Right to work in the UK
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• An enhanced DBS check
• Confidentiality is essential due to the nature of the role
• Drivers preferred, due to client locations

• Pay rates from £812 to £1,008 per week*
• Up to £50 weekly food allowance

Placements range from 2 to 12 weeks with the same home, depending on client needs and flexibility. Examples of working patterns include:

• 2 weeks on / 1 week off (35 weeks/year, 17 weeks off)
• 12 weeks on / 1 week off (48 weeks/year)
