What are our requirements?
  • Minimum one year of professional experience in care
  • Proof of right to work in the UK
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and spoken) with the ability to build positive relationships with clients, families, and colleagues
  • A compassionate and caring nature with the ability to empathise with others
  • A patient and calm demeanour, capable of handling challenging situations professionally
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team, with initiative when required
  • Willingness to travel anywhere for a placement

As a live-in care assistant, you will provide various non-medical services such as companionship, meal preparation, personal shopping, medication administration, household tasks, and social engagement, ensuring clients remain active in their communities.

The position is exempt from Section 4(2) of the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 (Exceptions) (Amendment) Orders 1975 and 2001. All convictions, cautions, and bind-overs, including spent ones, must be declared. Successful applicants will undergo a DBS Enhanced check.
