Job Opportunity: Live-In Carer

Sonderwell is recruiting Live-In Carers to provide person-focused care to clients with complex needs within their own homes.

Salary: £730.00 plus food allowance per week

Work Schedule: 7 days a week for a minimum of two weeks at a time. Hours vary by package and include downtime.

Responsibilities:

• Providing full-time care and support to clients in their homes
• Supporting clients with their daily routines, personal care, administering medication, household chores including cooking and laundry
• Encouraging clients to participate in activities such as visiting coffee shops and organized events

Candidate Requirements:

• Flexibility and reliability

Training and Support:

All new employees complete paid training and induction, including shadowing team members. Ongoing development, such as studying for NVQ or refresher courses, is supported.
