Job summary

Match with Care is seeking a kind and reliable Live-In Carer to support clients in their own homes, helping them stay safe, comfortable and independent. This is a one-to-one role focused on person-centred care and building trusted relationships.

You will assist with daily living activities, personal care, mobility, meals, medication support and light household tasks, while maintaining dignity and respect at all times.

Qualifications

• Experience in live-in care, home care, or domiciliary care.
• Ability to work independently with clear communication and dignity for clients.
• Willingness to obtain Enhanced DBS if not already held.

Responsibilities

• Support clients with day-to-day living, including personal care and mobility.
• Provide companionship, meal preparation and light household tasks.
• Assist with medication support and monitoring as required.

What you’ll do

What we’re looking for

You’ll be a warm, professional carer with experience in **live-in care**, **home care**, or **domiciliary care**. You should be confident working independently, communicate clearly, and always treat clients with dignity and respect.

**Preferred (not essential):**

• Level 2/3 Health & Social Care qualification
• Experience with dementia or complex care
• Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
