Job Description

We are looking for people with kind, compassionate hearts who want to make a true difference in the quality of life for our clients to join our team in North Devon and Exmoor area as a Live-In Care Professional. As a Live-In Care Professional, you will live in a client's home and provide a variety of non-medical services to help them remain independent in their own home.

Key Responsibilities will include:

• Contributing to a positive living environment to enhance a client’s quality of life
• Following house rules and respecting the client’s privacy while staying in their home
• Documenting daily activities and reporting any changes or concerns in the client’s needs or living conditions
• Knowing when to seek help and advice to ensure client safety and well-being
• Maintaining regular communication with line managers and office staff
• Stimulating and encouraging clients through activities such as clothing selection, hobbies, and crafts
• Performing light housekeeping tasks
• Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, and continence care
