Bluebird Care Winchester, Eastleigh and Romsey is seeking a Live-in Care Assistant to provide compassionate, person-centred care in customers’ homes across Hampshire. You will live in the customer’s home, support independence, dignity and wellbeing, and collaborate with a supportive team to ensure high-quality care.

You’ll receive expert training, a competitive weekly salary of £777-£978.67, enhanced bank holiday rates, and a dedicated office team for support.

Qualifications

• A kind, compassionate attitude and a calm approach to care.
• Aged 18+ requirement.
• Great communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships.

Responsibilities

• Deliver care tailored to the customer and encourage independence.
• Assist with personal care including washing, dressing and mobility.
• Support with medication and meal preparation.
• Handle household tasks such as laundry, cleaning, shopping and errands.
• Support customers to stay connected to their community through activities and visits.
