Job summary

Bluebird Care is seeking a caring Live-in Care Assistant to provide one-to-one support to a young gentleman in his own home near St Erth. You will assist with personal care, mobility, meals and medications, and help keep his home comfortable.

You will also drive his adapted van to appointments, social activities and days out. We offer £130 per day, accommodation and a food allowance while on placement, full induction and ongoing training, a uniform and PPE, plus 24/7 on-call support and a staff

Job description

We are looking for a caring, confident Live-in Care Assistant to provide one-to-one support to a young gentleman in his own home near St Erth. He enjoys getting out and about, watching cricket and spending time with friends, and you will help him do just that.

You will support him with personal care, moving and positioning, meals and medication, keep his home clean and comfortable, and drive his adapted van to appointments, social activities and days out.

We offer £130 per day, accommodation and a food allowance while on placement, full induction and ongoing training, uniform and PPE, support from a local Bluebird Care manager, 24/7 on-call support and a staff referral incentive.
