AndersElite is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a large refurbishment on a live food factory in Kettering. Working under a site-based Project Manager, you will ensure safe, efficient delivery and coordination of subcontractors while maintaining strict health and safety standards.

The role is umbrella only and requires relevant certifications (SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid, Temporary Works, Asbestos Awareness). The project runs ~42 weeks starting 2 November.

Formación

• Live environment project experience required.
• Experience in food factory refurbishment preferred.
• Must have site management and supervision experience.
• Ability to coordinate subcontractors and manage site logistics.
• Strong health and safety compliance knowledge is essential.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• IT literacy for site reporting and documentation.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day site operations under a Project Manager.
• Coordinate subcontractors and site logistics to keep works on schedule.
• Maintain safety and compliance for a live food production environment.
• Liaise with client, project manager and stakeholders as needed.
• Prepare and review site reports and documentation.
