Job summary

AndersElite is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a large refurbishment on a live food factory in Kettering. Working under a site-based Project Manager, you will ensure safe, efficient delivery and coordination of subcontractors while maintaining strict health and safety standards.

The role is umbrella only and requires relevant certifications (SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid, Temporary Works, Asbestos Awareness). The project runs ~42 weeks starting 2 November.

Qualifications

• Live environment project experience required.

Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to work under a site-based Project Manager on a large refurbishment project within a live environment food factory in Kettering. The project commences on 2nd November and will run for approximately 42 weeks. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day site operations, ensuring all works are delivered safely, efficiently, and in compliance with health and safety regulations. This role requires strong leadership and coordination skills to manage subcontractors, site logistics, and maintain a safe working environment in a live food production setting. Experience working on live environment projects is essential, with food project experience highly desirable. The position is paid via Umbrella (PAYE) and requires the candidate to hold specific certifications. The client has specified I CANNOT pay CIS, or use your UTR number It is umbrella only.
