Job summary

OBO London is a Live Event Production Company that creates impactful events, activations and brand experiences in London and beyond. The Creative Producer sits at the heart of our creative and production process, collaborating with creatives, clients, partners and suppliers to turn ideas into deliverable experiences across live events, activations and campaigns.

You will develop production plans, manage budgets, coordinate teams, and contribute creatively.

Qualifications

• 3–6+ years in creative production, preferably live/experiential events.
• Proven experience delivering complex projects from concept to execution.
• Strong project management and organisational skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience managing budgets and production schedules.

Responsibilities

• Lead on projects from briefing through delivery and post-project review.
• Develop detailed project plans, creative development and execution.
• Coordinate freelancers, suppliers and production partners.
• Manage multiple projects with quality and attention to detail.
• Ensure outputs meet creative and operational standards.
• Lead client meetings and maintain clear communication.
