Job summary

On Board Experiential (OBE) London is seeking a proactive Project Coordinator to join our experiential marketing team. You will support account, production and creative functions across Nike campaigns, helping to deliver high-quality live experiences from planning through to execution.

The role offers 37.5 hours per week in a hybrid London setup, with a focus on administration, event production support and client liaison.

Qualifications

• Keen to learn and work across multiple service areas.
• Passion for experiential marketing, sport and entertainment.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Interest in Nike brand heritage is welcome.

Responsibilities

• Assist Account Lead in managing day-to-day relationships with allocated clients.
• Work alongside the Account Lead to facilitate client briefs.
• Manage specific day-to-day administrative tasks.
• Support the creation of key client documentation.
• Support with delivery budgets and project management processes.
