Job summary

L&C Employment Consulting is seeking a Creative Producer in London to lead live brand experiences from concept to on-site delivery. This hybrid role requires shaping creative ideas into production plans, coordinating design, fabrication, and technical partners, and keeping clients informed at every stage.

You'll manage budgets, schedules, and risk while mentoring junior staff, with flexibility for evenings and weekends as projects demand. A strong network of suppliers is advantageous.

Qualifications

• 5+ years creating live events or experiential campaigns.
• Creative mindset with ability to translate concepts to delivery.
• Strong budget ownership and cost control.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Willingness to travel and work evenings/weekends.
• Experience with RAMS, H&S, and licensing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end live project delivery from concept to on-site execution.
• Coordinate partners across design, fabrication, tech, logistics.
• Develop budgets, schedules, and production plans.
• Maintain client relationships and deliver updates.
