Qualifications

• Hands-on experience supporting Linux systems and servers.
• Ability to explain technical complexity clearly and calmly.
• Academic record in a technical field or compelling alternative path.
• Experience with AV/live production environments is a plus.
• Strong problem solving and collaboration skills.

Responsabilités

• Own the London office tech state: network, devices, AV and spaces.
• Run live events: setup, operation, tear-down and coordinate crew.
• Handle end-to-end customer cases via tickets, remote sessions and calls.
• Understand Ubuntu lifecycle to provide realistic fix timelines.
• Write and maintain knowledge base articles for the team.
