Unified Support is seeking an AV engineer & event specialist to deliver high-quality AV experiences across our London office. You will handle live events, minor break-fix maintenance, and on-site support from setup to teardown, ensuring professional delivery for clients and colleagues alike.

The role spans meeting room maintenance, inventory management, and technology refresh projects, with a focus on reliability and proactive problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with professional AV equipment (displays, cameras, microphones, DSPs, VC systems).
• Familiarity with Cisco video conferencing devices is highly desirable.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance for events, presentations, meetings, and conferences.
• Set up, operate, and strike AV equipment for events of varying scale.
• On-site troubleshooting and real-time support to ensure events run smoothly.
• Maintain inventories and plan future AV equipment needs.
• Coordinate AV lifecycle activities, including RMA processes with vendors.
• Assist with equipment upgrades and room refresh tasks.
