Job summary

Solotech is expanding its world-class team for ABBA Voyage as Audio System Technician. You will operate and maintain the show’s audio, video, and lighting systems, ensuring reliability during rehearsals and performances.

The role involves proactive maintenance, troubleshooting, and coordinating with stage management and production teams to deliver exceptional audience experiences in a live venue setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ proven experience in live events industry.
• Educated to degree level (or equivalent) or proven work experience.
• Industry accepted qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and support the show’s system design across Audio, Video, and Lighting disciplines.
• Operate and manage show control systems and equipment during rehearsals, performances, and maintenance periods.
• Proactive maintenance to ensure operational reliability of stage and show-critical systems.
• Troubleshoot faults and liaise with project managers for repairs.
• Assist with maintenance scheduling and spare stock monitoring for on-site repairs.
• Work with Heads of Department and show producers to support day-to-day operations.
