Job summary

Solotech is seeking an Audio System Technician to support ABBA Voyage in London. You will work with cutting-edge live audio systems, ensuring reliable performance for rehearsals and shows.

Day-to-day tasks include maintaining system design across Audio, Video and Lighting, troubleshooting faults, coordinating with stage management, and mentoring DEP’s and Swing Technicians to foster knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent education required; industry qualifications preferred.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in live events industry.
• Right to Work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and support the show's system design across Audio, Video, and Lighting disciplines.
• Operate and manage show control systems during rehearsals and performances.
• Carry out proactive maintenance to ensure operational reliability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve faults, liaising with project managers as needed.
• Assist with maintenance scheduling and spare stock monitoring for on-site repairs.
• Collaborate with Heads of Department and show producers to support smooth operations.
