Job summary

Production Futures Limited is seeking a Technical Lead to oversee the setup and operation of AV systems for events, from small meetings to large shows. You will ensure complete customer satisfaction, lead onsite teams, and resolve technical issues quickly as they arise.

The role requires operating FOH consoles (Yamaha, Allen & Heath, DiGiCo), building and tuning PA systems with line arrays and distributed speakers, and coordinating comms and mics for live acts while adhering to safety and PPE

Qualifications

• Experience operating AV systems in event environments.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues quickly.
• Proven capability to lead teams on builds, shows and derig.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate FOH mixing consoles (Yamaha, Allen & Heath, DiGiCo).
• Build and tune PA systems from small rooms to large shows with line array and distributed systems (D&B, Martin Audio, L’Acoustics).
• Set up comms systems (RTS, Tecpro, GreenGo) and mics for live acts.
• Lead teams on builds, shows and derig; monitor and troubleshoot on site.
• Ensure safety, security of equipment, PPE compliance, and customer satisfaction.
