Qualifications

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Degree-level education or equivalent practical experience in audio or live event production management.
• Experience compiling equipment lists, technical schematics, and managing complex logistics across multiple warehouses and event sites.
• Excellent organisational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to deliver complex audio solutions for diverse live event settings.

Responsibilities

• Work with Live Productions Sales teams to translate client needs into project plans and executable work orders.
• Compile detailed audio equipment pull lists and build schematics for each event.
• Coordinate with logistics to ensure assets are catalogued, available in the correct warehouse, and delivered on time.
• Oversee audio system design, equipment specification, and all technical aspects of live events from planning through execution.
• Ensure information and resources are arranged for top-quality audio; lighting, video, and rigging as value-added bonuses.
• Work with the operations team to ensure a smooth delivery.
• Manage each project from initial brief through completion, including post-event reviews focused on audio delivery.
• Maintain team communication, logistics, and project documentation for precise execution.
• Handle any other reasonable ad-hoc requests as required by your manager.
