Job summary

Nub News in Warwickshire is seeking an experienced Litigation Solicitor with 3+ years PQE to manage a diverse civil and commercial litigation caseload. You will handle contractual and debt disputes, property matters, professional negligence, and company disputes, from instruction to resolution, including pleadings and witness statements.

You will work independently on your own caseload, deliver commercially minded advice, and support business development.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' PQE in civil and/or commercial litigation.
• Strong advocacy, negotiation and drafting skills.
• Excellent communication and client care abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a diverse caseload of civil and commercial litigation, including contractual and debt disputes, property and boundary issues, professional negligence, company and partnership disputes, and contested probate claims.
• Take ownership from instruction to resolution, drafting pleadings, witness statements, and correspondence, representing clients at court and leading settlement negotiations.
• Provide clear, pragmatic, commercially focused advice, using ADR when appropriate.
• Support business development and contribute to department growth.
