Job summary

You will handle cases at various forums, instruct Counsel, and provide clear, legally sound advice while maintaining high professional standards in a digital, agile environment.

Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor or barrister admitted to practice in England and Wales.
• In-depth knowledge of employment, criminal or commercial litigation practices.
• Ability to manage a demanding caseload independently.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage a diverse caseload across employment, criminal and commercial litigation.
• Draft pleadings, statements of case, applications and other legal documents.
• Interview and prepare witnesses, advise on law, risk and remedies.
• Instruct and manage Counsel and external solicitors; negotiate with stakeholders.
• Draft reports and ensure compliance with professional obligations.
