Job summary

TSR Legal are seeking a Litigation Solicitor to join a well regarded law firm based in Swansea. You will manage a broad caseload including professional negligence claims, contract disputes and shareholder matters.

The team is expanding and you will have a real opportunity to progress within a Chambers & Partners/Legal 500 listed practice, with clients across multiple sectors and a supportive partner group.

Qualifications

• Solicitor – 4+ PQE.
• Excellent client care skills.
• Proven ability to manage own caseload.
• Previous experience in civil litigation or similar.
• Ability to use case and document management systems.
• Willingness to conduct own advocacy where appropriate.

Responsibilities

• Deal with a broad caseload of litigation matters, including professional negligence, commercial contract disputes and shareholder/director disputes.
• Assist and represent clients, with advocacy where appropriate, and manage files from start to finish.
• Collaborate within the team to support growth and maintain high service levels.

The opportunity

TSR Legal are currently are currently seeking a Litigation Solicitor to join a well regarded law firm based in Swansea. The successful candidate will be dealing with a broad caseload of litigation matters including professional negligence claims, commercial contract disputes, shareholder and director disputes as well contentious probate disputes and civil litigation matters.

The team is currently undergoing a period of growth and is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic solicitor who is looking for a role within a team that is consistently ranked in the Legal 500 and Chambers & Partners UK which will provide an opportunity to progress and develop a career in litigation.

Required Skills
