Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with 2-5 years PQE in civil, commercial, or property litigation within UK practice.
• Experience handling general litigation matters, with a strong advantage for candidates with property disputes (landlord & tenant, boundary disputes, possession claims).
• Proven track record running client files efficiently from instruction to settlement or trial, maintaining full compliance with SRA standards.
• Excellent written and oral advocacy, strong negotiation skills, and proficiency with modern legal tech and case management systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied contentious caseload including general commercial disputes, civil litigation, and property matters.
• Play an active role in driving dispute strategy, developing client relationships, and expanding the firm's litigation presence across the region.
• Build and maintain client relationships and provide direct impact for clients.
• Collaborate with partners and utilise modern case management technology to support case progression.
